Day 1

I received three bottles of Brain Power Genesis yesterday. I took three capsules which after about 45 minutes produced a very clear headspace for me. I noticed that my typing became quicker and more accurate. My day was interrupted when my Slavic father in law invited me to meet his best friend; unsurprisingly, some imbibing ensued. Generally, I’m not a big fan of combining booze and Nootropics but over a bottle of booze is how men bond in this part of the world and if anything the multinootropic kept me clear-headed enough to return to my work projects after a few hours. I sobered up and experienced no lingering hangover.

Day 2

I did another capsule in the morning. I combined it with a strong coffee and a few hits of Nicotine solution. This strikes a nice balance between cognitive enhancement and anxiety. I can typically tell when I’m overstimulated because I start getting annoyed by little things. On Brain Power Genesis, I remain cool-headed and in a good mood.

Day 3

I upped my dosage today 3 capsules in the morning and 3 in the midafternoon around 5:00 PM. This didn’t make a big difference in my subjective mood, energy or productivity from 3 capsules so I don’t think I’ll do more than three capsules daily in the future. I didn’t experience any symptoms of overstimulation nor did it negatively affect my sleep quality.

I upped my dosage on an evening that I had to participate in a live stream debating Transhumanism, I did two more capsules (five total that day) around 10 PM along with some Nicotine. I was pretty pleased with my performance in the debate, I felt pretty energized after the live stream and stayed up to make love to my wife and then read for a while. So it’s maybe not best to do this Nootropic later in the evenings (especially in combination with a stimulant like Nicotine!)

I had to do a consulting call later in the evening so I did 3 capsules around 7:30 PM to give me an edge. Which it did and then I slept fine.

Today I did three capsules before doing something I’ve never done before; I auditioned for a small role in a TV show that they are shooting here. The audition required that I show some emotion and yell some lines at the casting director. At first, this was a little unnatural for me and I wasn’t being quite as animated as they wanted me to be. But after I few takes I was able to deliver the intensity they wanted. I’m not sure yet if I’ll get the role but I think that the Nootropics put me in an emotionally dynamic state.

One thing that I like about this product is its price. I’m very distrustful of cheap Nootropic stack products. When you see a Nootropic stack product that costs $29 that is almost certainly because it contains the cheapest possible individual ingredients which are low quality and of dubious purity and possibly because it doesn’t even contain the advertised ingredients. I don’t trust products that don’t prove their ingredients’ purity with a valid certificate of analysis (COA). You can check it Brain Power Genesis’s COA for yourself below.

Let’s discuss some of the notable ingredients of Brain Power Genesis…

  • Lion’s Mane — Is a neurogenesis stimulating nootropic mushroom that has been used in various medicine traditions. It has immune promoting, antidepressant, neuroprotective and anti-anxiety effects.
  • Cognizin — A proprietary form of citicoline, Cognizin® has been clinically studied to support mental energy, focus, and attention.
  • Bacopa — A memory, and cognition supporting nutraceutical. It’s important to see a certificate of analysis for the Bacopa that you might consume as cheap, non-organic Bacopa has issues with toxic heavy metals.
  • ALCAR — This is a mitochondrial empowering Nootropic that crosses the blood-brain barrier.

A lot of these ingredients support or enhance neuroplasticity and neurogenesis, the birth of new brain cells and the capacity of our mind to change and adapt.

Order: Brain Power Genesis

I do think I’ve noticed my memory improving since I’ve been using this product for a few months. Interestingly, something that I think has actually hurt my memory a little is getting married. There’s been some interesting research done on how men in long term relationships sometimes don’t have as sharp memory because wives do such a good job of reminding us of little things we need to do. Essentially married men kind of outsource some of our memory to our wives. This is kind of where the stereotype comes from of the absentminded middle-aged dad or father who just does whatever his wife tells him to do. I’ve kind of noticed this happening to me after I’d been in a relationship for about 2 years but I think the Lion’s Mane has made my memory sharper.

Brain Power Genesis is a very appropriately named product!
