The process…

Record audio interview

Most of our clients are excellent at talking about their businesses, products, and industries in a free-form audio interview format. So to create a significant amount of content we interview our clients via Skype, Zoom, or in person.

Transcription of audios

A 45–90 minutes audio interview will generate 2000–4000 words, so our professional transcriptionists will listen to the audios multiple times and convert them into 2–4 high-quality articles. These articles are prof read and tweaked for readability and SEO authority. We also add photos and graphics to these articles to make them more engaging.

Audio production

We produce and edit the recordings using our software. Includes adding professional intro/outro segments, removing umms and ahhs, cleaning up background sounds, etc. The result is a polished podcast episode of 30–60 minutes, this is downloadable and playable on your website.

Syndication of podcast

To maximize visibility, SEO rankings, traffic, downloads, and ROI we distribute it to Apple Podcasts and other popular podcast directories.

Video production

We then break the audio content up into 3–5 topical sections and use them as the audio beds of 3–5 different videos focusing on the different topics that we discussed in the interview. The video comes from your webcam recording (talking head style) of us. This is interspersed with Creative Commons and royalty video clips relevant to the topics being discussed. This ends up creating a highly compelling and watchable video that establishes you as an authority on the subject matter.
