On Instagram — we’re both 36 years old, by the way

As you can see we gained no weight, despite lockdowns and medical tyranny preventing us from going to the gym while we did not change our diet - we enjoyed a lot of great food during the lockdowns.

What did we do differently than everybody who gained so much weight?

  • Fasting. Daily intermittent fasting along with once-weekly 24-hour fasts.
  • We also did some light at-home workouts; we kept up our 50-squats a morning routine even during our bout with Omicron.
  • We are disciplined with our diet. We eat almost no junk food.

And not shockingly, we stayed lean during a relatively sedentary period.
