My wife and I on vacation in 2021...
As you can see we gained no weight, despite lockdowns and medical tyranny preventing us from going to the gym while we did not change our diet - we enjoyed a lot of great food during the lockdowns.
What did we do differently than everybody who gained so much weight?
- Fasting. Daily intermittent fasting along with once-weekly 24-hour fasts.
- We also did some light at-home workouts; we kept up our 50-squats a morning routine even during our bout with Omicron.
- We are disciplined with our diet. We eat almost no junk food.
And not shockingly, we stayed lean during a relatively sedentary period.
