Perhaps it would be more accurate to say that South Africa will be the next Zimbabwe or Rhodesia.

I find South Africa quiet analogous to the United States or other Western countries that are considering implementing UBI

South Africa was a country founded by Christian Anglo-Saxons.

South Africa was a rich industrial, capitalist democracy.

South Africa is an English speaking country.

South Africa’s climate, topography and natural resources are similar to the United States, Canada or Australia.

South Africa is racial diverse and multicultural country with three main racial groups, analogous to the three racial groups of the US, with similar proportions of wealth inequality.

The big difference though is that 20 years ago South Africa began implementing extreme leftist social justice policies. As a result the country the economy has become stagnant, job opportunities are dwindling and by many measures blacks are worse off than they were under the apartheid government.

South Africa really a case study of the failure of government administered social justice policies. Government always fails in social justice. Universal basic income is the ultimate government social justice program. Government social justice programs, especially racially targeted ones, are the road to genocide.
