I’m trying to figure out why as an Entrepreneur I’d ever want to hire women.
If men and women are pretty much in equal skills, abilities and output, yet hiring women entails this massive seven or eight figure risk of lawsuits or stock price decline because of some PR scandal, is it really justifiable to hire women?
I’m not trolling, I’m honestly asking…
