In a Post-Roe v. Wade America abortion would still be available to everyone who wanted one.
We have states rights which means that A LOT of states would keep abortion totally legal. Getting an abortion would become less convenient for some women. Most of the abortions are concentrated in big, liberal cities in blue states. There would be rare incidences where a woman in a red state that banned abortion would have to do a road trip for several hours or several days to get an abortion.
Getting rid of Rowe v Wade would practically change almost nothing for women who wanted abortions.
There’s another, much more insidious reason why the left loves abortion and has vitriolic hate of anything that might make it inconvenient. The left thrives on the lie that sex is just a toy — sex has nothing to do with procreation and babies. What you find between your legs exists solely for your pleasure.
If Rowe v Wade were rolled back women would actually start to think about sex as a part of motherhood instead of just another fun thing to do. Women would actually have to face the terrifying possibility of consequences for thier actions.
